Purpose and Benefits of Coaching

At different points in our lives, we ponder the following questions or areas of our lives and want to breakthrough the current state:

Then the doubts, negative thinking patterns, and running out of ideas to breakthrough sets in.  Sometimes events set in to throw us off the track in executing our goals.  Sometimes feeling lost and don’t even know how to move forward to begin with… I have been through my own challenges and created breakthroughs in my life with the coaches I have had throughout the past 15 years.

In one of the most recent sessions with a coach, I was able to act with more consistency and motivation, with someone who worked through a structured process with me, who was able to respect my map of the world and hence brought out the best of me.

There are steps that have been practiced to work and there is a process to get your brain rewire or change in mindset to move past your blindspots and start creating and acting. A skilled and trained life coach can guide you through this process and you can use these tools and even learn more tools to empower yourself.

Respect Your Map Of the World

Heard of your map is not the territory? I have my map of the world, how I experience and perceive my life to be. And you have yours. This is how different people contribute differently to the family, the bigger community and society, each with own purpose.  An effective coaching process is to always respect your map of the world and able to draw out your awareness and find solution that works for you. Respect is the keyword.

The Best in You

At the end of the day, you want to be able to use your strengths, to even explore more of them along the way. Acknowledging weaknesses, not pushing away or suppressing but in healing ways, so they don’t block your natural creativity to transform your life.  When you are motivated to move ahead with more empowerment (tools and resources, respect, self awareness and confidence), you can create your new path with surety.

 Coaches don’t make you feel better. That’s not their job. They help you see yourself better.
