How To Be Successful? Play It Big Right NOW…
Often we see marketing taglines saying “Achieve this and that to be successful… ” “Do this and that… Are you ready to play it big?”. I wonder why this connotation of being in the future? Why not NOW?!
If you can’t be counting success just for today, if you can’t be playing big for each moment in the now, I wonder how can one play it big in the future?
There is just too much emphasis in our society about projections into the future. Do this and that so as to have this and that in the future. Always in the future. But never asking or questioning how one is doing in the present exact moment. We have to have visions and plans but after making the vision clearly with plans, put all the emphasis into the present moment. That’s when you can really make it happen.
“Be the change you want to see in your world.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi
Just BE successful now.
For each day and each moment, count and celebrate your success story. I am sure you have successes along the journey. Your success – how you embrace each day gracefully, both ups and downs, even in an argument, be fully aware and in present, engaging with self and others – what are the underlying obstacles, what you can understand about yourself and the person and so that you can change the outcome. Open eyes wide consciously to the hazards and opportunities just at your side. So I say PLAY IT BIG NOW, right here, right now. Yes, play it BIG time right at this moment. Each gratitude, each joy, each inner peace embracing the success for each day is going to add so much power and strength to the future, so don’t project the big game into the future, because what you arrive in the future is the accumulation of present moment.
If you are truly present and know how to take care of the present moment as best you can, you are doing your best for the future already. ~ Thich Nhat Hanh
Play it big and successful right now.
